The Ship and Offshore Decarbonization Technology Committee Winter Workshop was held at Seoul National University on February 23rd (Thursday). In the workshop, experts from relevant fields presented recent issues relating to ship and marine carbon neutral technologies. With many representatives from universities, research institutions, and industrial sector applying for the workshop, a total of 10 research findings were presented, including the response to efforts to tighten environmental regulations by IMO, eco-friendly fuels, and carbon capture and storage. The workshop served as a venue for sharing various ship and offshore carbon neutral technologies, as well as active exchanges among the researchers.
