1. 53rd Research Presentation of Ship and Offshore Design Research Committee

The 53rd (2021 Summer) Research Presentation of Ship and Offshore Design was held by the Ship and Offshore Design Research Committee for two days from August 26 (Thursday) to 27 (Friday). The Presentation proceeded through online sessions as the last one with 242 viewers from the field of shipbuilding and marine industries. There was active sharing of technologies and information between member companies, and 40 journals from six fields (general outfitting, structure, accommodation outfitting, electric outfitting, engine outfitting, and deck outfitting) were presented.

2. 103rd Steering Session
  

The 103rd Ship and Offshore Design Steering Session was held during the SNAK Autumn Conference at GSCO on November 4 (Thursday). There were discussions on the plans for the next (54th) Ship and Offshore Design Research Presentation and the development of the Student Ship Design Contest and nominated the winner(s) of the Planning Technician and Talent for the Future Awards, with President Moon Seunghan, 15 committee members, and a regional administrative assistant present.
